Regions we cover
- Dallas–Fort Worth
- Houston
- Austin
- San Antonio
Texas 3D scanning across four metros that each buy it for a different reason — DFW for corporate and logistics growth, Houston for process and energy work, Austin for tech and semiconductor build-out, and San Antonio for medical and military-adjacent facilities.
Dallas–Fort Worth is the busiest of the four for us. Downtown Dallas has a deep stock of mid-century towers being studied for residential conversion, which needs floor-to-floor heights, core and shaft positions, and slab edges that no original drawing set records accurately. North of there, the Legacy, Frisco and Las Colinas corridors run on corporate fit-outs, and the Alliance and DFW Airport corridors are pure logistics: clear height under every obstruction, dock faces, and truck court geometry.
Houston is process work. The Ship Channel and Energy Corridor bring pipe racks, tie-in verification, and tank geometry captured around a running plant and a permit system, while the Texas Medical Center is the opposite discipline — above-ceiling MEP and equipment route studies inside buildings that never close. Heat and hurricane season both shape scheduling more than most clients expect.
Austin and San Antonio round it out. Austin's semiconductor and data centre build-out needs subfab and utility documentation at tight tolerance, and the Domain and East Austin bring adaptive reuse of older industrial stock. San Antonio's medical centre and Pearl District work is a mix of occupied healthcare and heritage masonry. Drone work across all four metros sits under busy Class B airspace, so LAANC authorization is arranged before a flight date is confirmed.
