Regions we cover
- Kansas City
- St. Louis
Missouri 3D scanning across Kansas City and St. Louis, two river cities with deep industrial stock, large medical campuses, and active downtown conversion markets.
Kansas City's logistics corridor is the volume work — large distribution buildings, rail-served facilities and cold storage where clear height, dock geometry and racking layouts drive the scope. Downtown Kansas City and Country Club Plaza add occupied offices and a commercial district where older buildings are regularly repositioned.
St. Louis is more industrial. The river corridor carries chemical, bulk handling and manufacturing facilities where pipe, equipment and structural documentation is captured around production, and downtown St. Louis has a substantial inventory of early 20th-century buildings being studied for conversion. Clayton adds a corporate office market on its own fit-out cycle.
The Central West End is the medical anchor: hospital and research buildings where above-ceiling conditions, imaging suite clearances and equipment delivery routes are the recurring request, captured in short overnight windows inside buildings that never close.
