Regions we cover
- Greenville–Spartanburg
South Carolina 3D scanning along the I-85 corridor, where automotive and advanced manufacturing plants and their supplier base make up almost all of the demand.
The manufacturing work here is equipment-driven. Assembly and component plants need crane coverage, equipment foundations, overhead services and clearances documented before a line change or new tooling install, and most of it is captured around production rather than during a shutdown. Supplier facilities along the corridor run the same pattern at smaller scale, often with tighter tolerance requirements on fixture and tooling work.
Logistics buildings follow the plants. Distribution and cross-dock space serving the manufacturing base is measured for clear height, dock geometry and racking layout, with roof takeoffs usually added to the same visit.
Downtown Greenville and Spartanburg add a civic and conversion market — older mill and commercial buildings being reworked, and municipal facilities on capital programmes. German and Japanese manufacturer standards are common in scopes here, which in practice means documentation and tolerance expectations are specified more tightly than average.
