Pennsylvania 3D scanning across three markets — Philadelphia's institutional and Navy Yard base, Pittsburgh's river industry and university campuses, and the Lehigh Valley logistics corridor.
Philadelphia work concentrates in Center City, University City and the Navy Yard. University City brings laboratory and hospital buildings where above-ceiling documentation inside operating space is the standard request; the Navy Yard carries industrial and research facilities with their own access rules; and Center City adds occupied towers and a large inventory of historic fabric that needs preservation-grade capture before renovation.
Pittsburgh splits between the university and medical campuses in Oakland, the Strip District conversion market in older warehouse buildings, and the river industrial corridor where steel-era plants and bulk handling facilities need measured geometry before equipment replacement. Terrain makes site and exterior capture here genuinely harder than in flatter markets.
The Lehigh Valley is pure logistics. The I-78 and I-81 corridor carries very large distribution buildings, where clear height, dock faces, trailer courts and roof takeoffs are the deliverable, and Allentown and Bethlehem add a steel-heritage conversion market alongside them.
