Floor plan creation is the most requested single deliverable we produce, because so many buildings simply do not have a plan anyone trusts. We cut plans directly from the registered point cloud so every dimension traces back to a measurement rather than to a redrawn legacy print.
Plans are built to your standard: layer naming, title block, line weights, and the coordinate system your facilities or design team works in. Where the plan supports leasing, we produce area calculations with the source geometry attached, which is a materially stronger position in a negotiation than a number with no provenance.
Common uses are facilities management, lease and rentable area documentation, permit and code review sets, space planning and moves, emergency and life-safety plans, and the base drawing for a future renovation. If the same building later needs a model, the field data is already captured and registered.

What's included in a measured floor plan?
Verified wall locations, room dimensions, door and window openings, and overall square footage, all built from a registered 3D scan rather than a rough walk-around with a laser measure. Deliverables ship in DWG and PDF, ready for facilities, leasing, or permit use.
How accurate are these compared to typical leasing or as-built drawings?
Because they are cut from a registered point cloud with typical terrestrial laser scanning field accuracy of ±2–6 mm, they reflect the space as it actually measures rather than as a previous drawing set assumed. That matters most in older buildings, where a single typical floor plan often does not hold true across every level.
Can you do this across a whole portfolio of buildings, not just one?
Yes, portfolio-scale floor plan projects are scoped as a program — consistent drawing standards, layer conventions, and area calculation methods applied across every building — rather than as one-off jobs that do not match each other when compared side by side.
Does the space need to be empty, or can it be occupied and furnished?
It can be occupied, though furniture, filing, and stored material block sightlines exactly where a plan needs walls measured, so a heavily occupied floor takes more capture time than a vacant one. If a space is between tenants, capturing it stripped is worth timing around.
What file formats do we receive?
DWG and PDF as the standard deliverable, built to your layer standard and title block where one exists, with the underlying registered point cloud available if your team wants to verify or extend the plan directly.
