Florida 3D scanning across five metros, where port and logistics facilities, a huge hospitality stock, and hurricane-driven documentation requirements shape most of the work.
South Florida is the densest market. Brickell and downtown Miami are occupied high-rise — floor plates, mechanical penthouses and façade documentation, with Florida's structural recertification requirements driving a steady stream of condition and existing-conditions work on older concrete buildings. Doral and the port corridors add distribution and cold storage, and PortMiami and Port Everglades bring terminal and marine facilities.
Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville are logistics and institutional. The Orlando corridor and Tampa airport area carry large distribution buildings and theme-park-adjacent hospitality infrastructure, while Lake Nona and the Tampa medical districts bring hospital and research work. JAXPORT adds port and intermodal facilities on the north-east coast.
Two things shape nearly every Florida scope. Hurricane season affects both scheduling and demand — post-storm condition documentation is a recurring request — and cold storage is unusually prominent here because of the produce and food distribution base. Coastal airspace and port security both constrain flight work.
