3D scanning in
Downtown Orlando, FL.
Downtown Orlando is the seat of Orange County government and home to the Kia Center, Dr. Phillips Center, and the Thornton Park and Church Street historic fabric.
3D laser scanning in Downtown Orlando, FL
We scan Orange County and City of Orlando civic buildings and courthouses, the historic Church Street and Lake Eola area buildings, and Orlando Health's downtown medical campus where phased renovations need accurate MEP documentation. UCF's downtown campus and nearby mixed-use towers add education and residential scope. Event nights at the arena and performing-arts venues restrict street and dock access.
Scope follows the question being asked. If the team already models in-house, raw scan data is the whole handoff; if the answer has to reach a permit desk, permit-ready as-built drawings is faster and easier for everyone downstream to open; if coordination is the real problem, as-built modelling is what pays for itself. Anything outside the envelope — roof, yard, stockpile — comes from aerial photogrammetry in the same mobilization.
Downtown Orlando sits inside our Florida service area, so mobilization is short and a return visit for a phase-two capture does not mean rebuilding the whole job. Most work here is scheduled within days rather than weeks, including nights and weekends for occupied buildings.
