We capture the Georgia State Capitol complex and city and county government buildings for renovation and security planning, along with Georgia State University and Atlanta University Center classroom and lab buildings. The Castleberry Hill and Old Fourth Ward warehouse stock is being converted to offices and lofts, which depends on accurate slab, column-grid, and truss measurements. Event schedules at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena shape access windows in the surrounding blocks.

Scope follows the question being asked. If the team already models in-house, raw scan data is the whole handoff; if the answer has to reach a permit desk, permit-ready as-built drawings is faster and easier for everyone downstream to open; if coordination is the real problem, as-built modelling is what pays for itself. Anything outside the envelope — roof, yard, stockpile — comes from aerial photogrammetry in the same mobilization.

Downtown Atlanta sits inside our Georgia service area, so mobilization is short and a return visit for a phase-two capture does not mean rebuilding the whole job. Most work here is scheduled within days rather than weeks, including nights and weekends for occupied buildings.
