Kentucky 3D scanning built around two major air cargo operations — UPS Worldport in Louisville and the CVG cargo complex in Northern Kentucky.
Air cargo and sortation facilities are the defining work. These buildings combine enormous clear spans with dense conveyor and sortation equipment, and capture has to be scheduled around a sort operation that runs overnight with no tolerance for interruption. Clear height under conveyor and structure, equipment routing and dock geometry are the deliverables.
Distribution and warehouse buildings follow the cargo hubs, with the usual clear-height, racking and roof takeoff scope. Northern Kentucky's Florence and Covington corridor adds manufacturing and flex industrial buildings serving the Cincinnati metro across the river.
Downtown Louisville and the East End bring occupied office, institutional and healthcare buildings, plus a bourbon and food processing base that brings hygienic production space into scope. Airspace around both Louisville Muhammad Ali International and CVG constrains flight work substantially.
