Regions we cover
- Las Vegas
Nevada 3D scanning across the Las Vegas valley, where resort and convention properties, a growing logistics corridor, and Henderson's industrial base make up the work.
Resort and convention work is unlike anything in other markets. Casino floors, hotel towers, theatres and convention halls are captured around a property that never closes, usually overnight and between events, and the scopes often cover back-of-house, rigging, long-span structure and mechanical plant in the same mobilization. Renovation cycles here are fast and the drawings rarely keep pace.
The logistics corridor on the valley's edge is modern distribution space — clear height, column grid, dock faces and truck courts — serving a west-coast distribution role that has grown steadily. Henderson adds light manufacturing and flex industrial buildings on the same measurement pattern.
Downtown Las Vegas brings older hospitality and civic stock being repositioned. Climate makes exterior and roof work practical nearly year-round, with summer heat the main field constraint, and airspace around Harry Reid International restricts flight work across much of the valley.
