We scan casino floors, hotel towers, convention and meeting halls, showrooms, and the back-of-house mechanical and kitchen spaces behind them for renovations, re-themings, and tenant buildouts. Resorts rarely close, so capture runs overnight or in zoned phases with security escorts and strict gaming-floor rules. Wide-span ceilings, theatrical rigging, and heavy central plants make scan-to-BIM valuable for coordinating new work in space that was modified many times.

Scope follows the question being asked. If the team already models in-house, the registered cloud is the whole handoff; if the answer has to reach a permit desk, a 2D as-built set is faster and easier for everyone downstream to open; if coordination is the real problem, a Revit model at an agreed LOD is what pays for itself. Anything outside the envelope — roof, yard, stockpile — comes from a mapping flight in the same mobilization.

The Strip / Paradise sits inside our Nevada service area, so mobilization is short and a return visit for a phase-two capture does not mean rebuilding the whole job. Most work here is scheduled within days rather than weeks, including nights and weekends for occupied buildings.
