Regions we cover
- Columbus
- Cincinnati
- Cleveland
Ohio 3D scanning across three metros with genuinely different building stock — Columbus for logistics and state facilities, Cincinnati for historic restoration and river industry, Cleveland for healthcare and heavy manufacturing.
Columbus is logistics-led. Rickenbacker and the surrounding corridor are large distribution and air cargo buildings where clear height, dock geometry and roof takeoffs are the deliverable. Downtown Columbus and the Short North add state and municipal facilities plus a conversion market in older commercial stock, and Polaris brings corporate campuses.
Cincinnati's defining work is Over-the-Rhine, a large and largely intact historic district, where Italianate façades and masonry structure need preservation-grade capture before restoration or adaptive reuse. The river industrial corridor adds process and bulk handling facilities with their own access and permit rules.
Cleveland splits between University Circle — hospital and university campuses where above-ceiling documentation inside occupied buildings is the recurring request — and the Industrial Flats, where heavy manufacturing, crane bays and river-served facilities need measured geometry before equipment replacement. Lake-effect winter constrains exterior and roof work for a meaningful part of the year.
