Good projects deserve
real stories.
We are building the case study library now. Until then, here is the kind of work we are structured to support.
We will not fake
the field notes.
When clients give us written permission to publish, this is where you will find the scope, capture plan, deliverables, and measurable outcome — a verified record from the project file, not stock photography or invented numbers. Until then, client sites stay confidential by choice. The building type pages describe the scope patterns we run most often, and we are glad to talk through completed work directly: talk to a scanner.

Most industrial, institutional, and commercial assignments we run across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut fall into four repeatable delivery patterns, each governed by a written modeling matrix and a documented registration QA report:
- Brownfield process & mechanical room retrofits: Tripod terrestrial LiDAR capture at 2 to 3 mm single-station accuracy (3 to 6 mm registered network accuracy) across boiler plants, chillers, subfabs, and pipe racks, delivered as registered E57 and Autodesk ReCap (.rcp/.rcs) point clouds plus LOD 300 or LOD 350 Revit (.rvt) and Navisworks (.nwc/.nwd) clash models.
- Warehouse, cold storage & fulfillment center reconfiguration: Hybrid tripod LiDAR and wearable SLAM capture (10 to 25 mm accuracy) documenting column grids, truss clear heights, dock geometry, and ASTM E1155 floor flatness, handed over as 2D AutoCAD (.dwg) plans and sections alongside unified point clouds.
- Adaptive reuse, healthcare & academic renovations: Off-hours and phased capture of occupied hospitals, university labs, historic masonry buildings, and commercial floor plates, producing architectural and structural Revit (.rvt, 2021–2025), openBIM IFC, and dimensioned DWG drawing sets.
- Rooftop mechanical & campus site surveys: FAA Part 107 RTK/PPK drone photogrammetry (1 to 3 cm horizontal and 2 to 5 cm vertical accuracy with ground control) tied into interior terrestrial control networks, delivering GeoTIFF orthomosaics, Digital Surface Models, and DWG roof curb and slope drawings.
Every project archive is stored on access-controlled systems under client NDA so subsequent construction phases can tie directly into the original survey control network without re-scanning unchanged bays. When your engineering, architecture, or construction team evaluates a potential scope, we can walk through anonymized sample deliverables—including ASTM E57 and Autodesk ReCap (.rcp/.rcs) point clouds, 2D AutoCAD (.dwg) plan and section sets, native Autodesk Revit (.rvt, 2021–2025) models at LOD 200, LOD 300, and LOD 350, and written QA registration reports—during a technical scoping call so you can inspect our layer naming, family structure, and residual reporting firsthand.
Make the invisible
measurable.
Tell us what is inside, outside, and on the line. We will help you scope the capture and the handoff — in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut.
