Regions we cover
- Milwaukee
Wisconsin 3D scanning centred on Milwaukee, where heavy manufacturing in the Menomonee Valley sits alongside a Third Ward conversion market and a downtown office core.
The Menomonee Valley is the industrial heart of the work. These are heavy, old buildings — crane bays, deep foundations, and equipment that has been swapped in place repeatedly — and the usual request is a measured base for equipment replacement or an expansion that has to thread through existing structure. Brewing, food processing and metals facilities all appear in the same corridor.
The Historic Third Ward is the opposite: warehouse and loft buildings converted for office, retail and residential, where the design starts with floor-to-floor heights, column grids, and the out-of-square reality of a century-old masonry shell. Downtown Milwaukee adds occupied office towers and civic buildings on capital cycles.
Lakefront exposure and a real winter shape scheduling here. Roof, façade and site capture is planned around the season rather than squeezed into it, and interior work is often moved to the colder months when exterior flying is not practical anyway.
