Most scanning here is adaptive reuse of old meatpacking, rail, and warehouse buildings: measuring bow-truss roofs, brick walls, and uneven slabs before they are converted to offices, food halls, and breweries. Production brewing and food operations also need equipment-layout capture for expansions.
