Research Triangle Park is a major research park, home to biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing, contract research, and an expanding cluster of data center campuses.
3D laser scanning in Research Triangle Park, NC
We scan GMP production suites, cleanrooms, utility plants, and process piping for pharma and biotech expansions, where capture has to be coordinated with gowning, shutdown windows, and validation requirements. Data center and technology campuses need as-built capture of mechanical yards, electrical rooms, and white space for capacity planning. RTP's multi-tenant lab buildings are frequently reconfigured, so current conditions are rarely what the drawings show.
Deliverables get chosen against the decision rather than against a price list: registered data for in-house teams where a design team takes it from there, a CAD as-built set where the output has to be drawn, and scan-to-BIM at LOD 200–300 where several disciplines share the same congested space. Aerial mapping is added when the outside of the building matters as much as the inside.
Research Triangle Park sits inside our North Carolina service area, so mobilization is short and a return visit for a phase-two capture does not mean rebuilding the whole job. Most work here is scheduled within days rather than weeks, including nights and weekends for occupied buildings.

Planning a scan in Research Triangle Park?
Tell us the building type, rough area, the decision the data supports, and any access constraints. That is enough for a scoped estimate — see what 3D scanning costs for the variables that move the number, or send the project details directly.

Tell us what is inside, outside, and on the line. We will help you scope the capture and the handoff — in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut.
