As-Built Creation
for real-world decisions.

A complete as-built record — drawings, model, and point cloud — reflecting what was actually built rather than what was drawn.

What this unlocks

From site conditions
to a confident next step.

As-built creation is the umbrella scope: we capture the facility, then produce the full record set your organisation keeps. That usually means plans, sections, elevations, and roof plans, a model at an agreed level of development, and the point cloud the whole thing was derived from.

The distinction that matters is between a genuine as-built and a marked-up design drawing. Contract close-out documents are frequently the design set with red pen on it, which is why so many renovation projects begin by discovering the building does not match its own record. A scanned as-built starts from the field.

This is the right scope at project close-out, at acquisition of a facility, before a capital programme starts, or whenever the drawing archive has lost credibility. Every set ships with a QA report stating control, residuals, and any area that could not be seen — so the next team knows exactly how much to trust it.

Where the record set gets rebuilt

At close-out, at acquisition, or before a capital programme starts, somebody has to own a record that reflects the building rather than the intent. That is this scope.

In New York that covers full as-built record sets in White Plains, close-out documentation in Yonkers, as-built drawings and models in Albany, and record drawings in Amherst. New Jersey coverage includes close-out documentation in Hamilton, as-built drawings and models in Hoboken, record drawings in Howell, and full as-built record sets in Irvington. On the Connecticut side it takes in as-built drawings and models in New Haven, record drawings in New London, full as-built record sets in Norwalk, and close-out documentation in Stamford.
