Service / Fast as-builts

Scan-to-CAD
for real-world decisions.

Fast, measurable 2D as-builts from the same field capture — often the right answer for industrial retrofit work.

What this unlocks

From site conditions
to a confident next step.

Not every project needs a model. When the deliverable is a permit set, a layout study, an equipment footprint drawing, or a floor plan for a facilities team, a 2D CAD set from the scan is faster to produce and easier for everyone downstream to open.

We cut plans, sections, and elevations directly from the registered point cloud, so dimensions trace back to measured geometry rather than to a redrawn legacy print. Sheets are delivered in DWG and PDF, organized in the layer structure your CAD standard expects.

Scan-to-CAD pairs well with a later modeling phase. Because the field data is already captured and registered, upgrading from a 2D set to a Revit model later does not require a second mobilization.

Where a 2D set is the right answer

A permit set, a layout study, or a floor plan a facilities team can open is often worth more than a model nobody on the project has licences for.

On the New York side it takes in permit-set as-builts in Newburgh, equipment footprint drawings in Orangetown, 2D as-built drawings in Oyster Bay, and plans and sections from scan data in Queens. The New Jersey side of the service area adds equipment footprint drawings in West New York, 2D as-built drawings in Bayonne, plans and sections from scan data in Bloomfield, and permit-set as-builts in Camden. In Connecticut that covers 2D as-built drawings in Waterbury, plans and sections from scan data in Bridgeport, permit-set as-builts in Bristol, and equipment footprint drawings in Danbury.
