Downstate work is dominated by occupied buildings and tight logistics. A Brooklyn warehouse 3D scan or a Manhattan mechanical room survey usually happens at night, with freight elevator windows, building engineer escorts, and no room to stage equipment. We plan the route around those constraints rather than treating them as surprises.
North of the city the pattern changes. The Hudson Valley logistics corridor is full of large-span distribution buildings where clear height, dock geometry, and industrial roof as-built data drive the decisions.
