A construction site scanner earns its place at the moments where errors become expensive: after concrete, before cladding, and before anything is closed up. We capture the installed condition and compare it against the design model, producing deviation maps that show where the build has drifted and by how much.

Typical scopes include slab and floor flatness context, embed and anchor bolt verification before steel arrives, MEP coordination checks against the clash model, and façade and curtain wall surveys before panels are fabricated. Aerial capture adds progress documentation and site logistics context across the whole footprint.

The value is in timing rather than novelty. A deviation found during a scheduled scan is a two-day fix; the same deviation found at commissioning is a change order and a delay. We scope capture rounds to the construction schedule so the data arrives while decisions are still cheap.
