Industrial buildings
are our starting point.
We built the practice around the spaces where old drawings, tight access, and expensive decisions meet.
Owners. EPCs.
A / E teams. Public agencies.
3DScanCraft helps teams establish a reliable record of what exists before they renovate, coordinate, estimate, maintain, or bid.
We are not here to lead with a tour, a pretty mesh, or an impressive acronym. We are here to make the building legible to the people who need to make the next move — and to say plainly when a cheaper method would answer the question just as well.
Our work is concentrated in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut corridor, which keeps mobilization short and lets us return to a site when the project changes.
Plenty of 3D scanning companies will quote your job. What should separate one from another is not the logo on the tripod but whether the provider can state the control they set, the residuals they achieved, and the areas they could not see. We would rather be judged as a 3D scanning expert on that evidence than on adjectives — which is also why our guides explain when hiring us is the wrong answer.
Talk through a projectMeasured over magical.
Clear accuracy language, documented control, and an honest note when something is outside the scope.
Industrial by default.
Plant conditions, safety windows, brownfield geometry, and imperfect drawings are normal to us.
Useful over impressive.
Every deliverable starts with who will open it, what they need to decide, and what should happen next.
Make the invisible
measurable.
Tell us what is inside, outside, and on the line. We will help you scope the capture and the handoff — in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut.
