Virtual Tours
for real-world decisions.

Navigable walkthroughs that let people who will never open CAD understand a space before they travel to it.

What this unlocks

From site conditions
to a confident next step.

A virtual tour is the communication layer on top of a survey. Stakeholders move through the space in a browser, read equipment labels, and understand context without a site visit, escort, or PPE.

The practical uses are unglamorous and valuable: remote walkdowns before a turnaround, handover documentation at project close, insurance and condition records, contractor pre-bid walks that would otherwise consume a week of escorted visits, and marketing for commercial space.

We are explicit about what a tour is not. It is an orientation product, not an engineering measurement, and it does not replace a registered point cloud when dimensions feed design or fabrication. Most of our clients take both, because each answers a different audience.

Where a walkthrough saves the trip

A tour is captured on the same visit as the scan, so it rarely justifies its own mobilization — and it saves a week of escorted pre-bid walks when it exists.

New York coverage includes remote walkdown tours in Palm Tree, handover walkthroughs in Poughkeepsie, hosted tours for property in Queens, and walkthroughs of buildings in Ramapo. On the New Jersey side it takes in handover walkthroughs in Atlantic City, hosted tours for property in Bayonne, walkthroughs of buildings in Bloomfield, and remote walkdown tours in Brick. The Connecticut side of the service area adds hosted tours for property in Waterbury, walkthroughs of buildings in West Hartford, remote walkdown tours in West Haven, and handover walkthroughs in Bridgeport.
