The standard we work to
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, keyboard-operable menus with visible focus, labelled form controls, meaningful alternative text, colour contrast that meets the AA ratio, and no reliance on colour alone to convey meaning.
Motion is limited and honours the prefers-reduced-motion setting. Layout reflows to narrow and zoomed viewports without horizontal scrolling.
How we check
Automated auditing runs against the site during development, and we fix what it reports. Automated tools catch perhaps half of real accessibility problems, so we also test keyboard navigation manually.
We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit or user testing with assistive technology users. Saying so is more useful than implying a level of assurance we have not paid for.
Known limitations
The service area map is a decorative schematic. Its markers are keyboard-focusable with descriptive labels, and every city is also listed as text — but a map is an inherently visual format and the text list is the authoritative version.
Some third-party content we link to, including vendor websites, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Accessibility in our project work
Reality capture is often used to support accessibility compliance in buildings: measured existing conditions for ADA reviews, verified door clearances, ramp slopes, counter heights, and route widths.
If you need existing conditions captured for an ADA or accessibility assessment, that is normal work for us and can be scoped explicitly.
