New Jersey
3D laser scanning.

New Jersey plant laser scanning across the densest industrial corridor in the Northeast: the port complex, the pharma and biotech belt, chemical and food processing plants, and the distribution buildings feeding all of them.

Working in New Jersey

The northern corridor — Newark, Elizabeth, Jersey City, Paterson, Clifton — mixes port logistics, chemical plants, and legacy manufacturing buildings that have been modified continuously for a century. Existing conditions surveys here are rarely about a clean building; they are about finding out what the last four renovations actually left behind.

Middlesex and Somerset counties are the pharma and biotech centre of gravity. That work runs on validated environments, gowning, escorted access, and short shutdown windows, so a single thorough capture is worth more than repeated measurement visits. South Jersey adds food processing, glass, and utility plants around Camden, Vineland, and the shore.

Aerial work sits under some of the busiest controlled airspace in the country — Newark, Teterboro, and the Philadelphia approach — so LAANC authorization and flight planning happen well before mobilization.
