Not every aerial job needs a survey deliverable. Sometimes the question is simply what does that roof, stack, façade, or structure look like right now, at a resolution nobody can get from the ground.
Typical work includes roof and façade condition inspection, stack and tower documentation, construction progress records captured monthly from the same flight path, storm and incident documentation for insurance, and marketing imagery for a completed facility. Repeating a flight plan on a schedule turns a set of photos into a change record.
Where the imagery needs to become measurable — area takeoffs, volumes, surfaces, contours — that is drone mapping and photogrammetry rather than imagery, and it requires ground control and a different flight plan. We will tell you which one your question actually needs.
