Information is general, not a proposal
Everything on this site — accuracy figures, deliverable descriptions, cost drivers, timelines — is general guidance to help you scope a project. None of it is a quotation, a warranty, or a commitment to any specific tolerance on your building.
Accuracy statements such as typical terrestrial scanning field accuracy of ±2–6 mm describe normal conditions. Actual achievable accuracy depends on range, incidence angle, surface, control, and registration on your specific site, and is stated per project in the QA report.
A binding scope, price, and set of deliverables exists only in a signed proposal or contract.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics, and code of this site are ours. Product names and logos referenced on the tools and software page belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify equipment we work with.
Ownership of project deliverables is set by your project agreement. Our default position is that you own the deliverables and we retain a working archive.
Third-party links
We link to manufacturers, software vendors, and reference material. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. A link is not an endorsement or a statement of partnership.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
