Whatever the building, the deliverable decides the scope: a registered point cloud for your own modelers, 2D as-built drawings for a permit or facilities set, or a Revit and IFC model when several trades have to coordinate in the same space. Roofs, yards, and site topography are captured by drone mapping in the same mobilization when the project needs both.
