We scan office floors between tenants, mechanical penthouses ahead of equipment replacement, and the cramped riser and shaft spaces that decide whether a new duct route is possible. Landmarked façades and lobby interiors come up regularly, where documentation has to record ornament rather than idealise it. Rigging studies matter here more than anywhere: getting a chiller into a 1920s building is a geometry problem long before it is a crane problem.

The building sets the method; the decision sets the deliverable. Some jobs end at the registered scan data itself, some at measured plans and sections, and some need point cloud to Revit conversion because three trades are about to work in the same ceiling. Where the roof, yard, or site grade matters, an aerial survey is flown on the same visit.

Manhattan sits inside our New York service area, so mobilization is short and a return visit for a phase-two capture does not mean rebuilding the whole job. Most work here is scheduled within days rather than weeks, including nights and weekends for occupied buildings.
