Flood mitigation projects bring site topography and building elevation surveys where centimetres decide the design.

Scope follows the question being asked. If the team already models in-house, the registered cloud is the whole handoff; if the answer has to reach a permit desk, a 2D as-built set is faster and easier for everyone downstream to open; if coordination is the real problem, a Revit model at an agreed LOD is what pays for itself. Anything outside the envelope — roof, yard, stockpile — comes from a mapping flight in the same mobilization.
